A documentary that introduces us to four pioneering women architects from Canada. Observers of our changing urban environment, they were educators, planners and environmental activists. Phyllis Lambert, Denise Scott Brown, Cornelia Hahn Oberlander and Blanche Lemco van Ginke worked to transform the urban environment, making it more humane. And if there is one thing this film makes clear, it is that the union of these four women was one of the driving forces in creating a vision of a more humane and inclusive society.
